ABSTRACT
In the present study, morphology evolution of a particle raft with preprepared crack, which is caused by injecting surfactant sodium dodecyl sulfate (SDS) into water, demonstrated. Experimental results on process crack closure and configuration are captured in excellent agreement numerical simulations. Then surface diffusion model SDS proposed to quantify detailed physical scenario. The factor determined through shooting method based experimental result dynamic tension. As result, analytical solution for concentration distribution given. theoretical dependence relationship between profile shrinkage ratio time variable consistent result. At last, relation initial tension difference obtained light experiments dimensional analysis, two very close. These analyses provide comprehensive understanding coupling chemicals mechanical behaviors soft matter, modulation defects provides some inspiration engineering new devices at microscale.
