ABSTRACT
Second-order perturbation solutions of profiles bubbles suspended in liquid and liquid–gas interfaces when all sinks the bottom with different accelerations are derived. Six procedures developed based on these solutions, they divided into two types. One type takes coordinates end points as input, other volume or gas input. Numerical simulations performed Volume Fluid method, numerical results good agreement predictions procedures. The greater acceleration, flatter bubble until to bottom. Effects acceleration shape must be considered; otherwise, it will cause a prediction error up 10%. When bottom, same meniscus height inputs differ considerably for accelerations. most significant change occurs bond number Bo ≪ 1. contact angle considered evaluating residue. These findings should quite helpful residue measurement fine management spacecraft.
