ABSTRACT
Textile-reinforced mortar (TRM) composites have been extensively utilized in building reinforcement due to their exceptional mechanical properties. The weakest link the entire structure is interface between TRM and concrete; however, it plays a crucial role effectively transferring stress. Researchers taken measures improve strength of interface, but results are relatively scattered. In this paper, surface treatment substrate, thickness surfactant, physical doping surfactant on interfacial bonding concrete were comparatively studied. demonstrate that sandblasting enhances area layer, leading 50% increase bending resistance structure. When increases 0.5 kg/m2, more surfactants penetrate concrete. This significantly inhibits occurrence cracks addition 2.5% Al2O3 nanomaterials diminishes shrinkage rate curing process, impact toughness, improves flexural compressive properties layer. ultimate load by 65%. Physical most effective measure with apparent improvement result. It can be widely used construction.
