ABSTRACT
In recent years, integrated data analysis has proven to be a valuable method for investigating complex systems, whether artificial or natural. The analytical approach allows the simultaneous integration of acquired from different techniques employed same sample at time, leading an expansion amount information available. Surface tensiometry is technique that was recently introduced in Integrated Analytical Approach pharmaceutical dosage forms topical application. Therefore, studies rheological characterization, release, and skin permeation can with surface measurements develop chemical rheological-surface correlation models, providing new quality control process semisolid preparations. this context, aim research validate utility utilize these gain insights into structure-surface correlation. preparations chosen study were PEG-gel, lipogel, O/W cream containing carnitine as model drug. formulations characterized using evaluated their release performance. Furthermore, performed rapidly noninvasively assess influence on properties investigated. Our work demonstrated close between energy structural data, showing importance contribution noninvasive rapid evaluation presence formulations.
