ABSTRACT
The detection of small molecules impacts various fields; however, their size and low concentration are usually the cause limitations in detection. Thus, need for biosensors with appropriate probes signal amplification strategies is required. Aptamers selected specifically against targets such as adenosine. possibility to split aptamers parts led original based on sandwich assays. By combining self-assembling oligonucleotide dimers split-aptamer dangling ends a surface plasmon resonance imaging technique, we developed an approach linear chain formation presence adenosine target. In this article, basis sequence engineering, analyzed its performance effect probe grafting density length chains formed at biosensor.
