ABSTRACT
We reported a novel method of producing the cross-linked polybutadiene elastomer which could be thermally recycled like plastic materials without sacrifice functional utility. The commercial was first attached with furan via thiol–ene reaction, and network then built Diels–Alder click reaction between bismaleimide groups from polybutadiene. obtained polymer had good solvent resistance ambient temperature to 100 °C. mechanical properties modified tailored by amount ratio bismaleimide. Furthermore, dynamic remolded self-healing behaviors. By this method, use in sustainable way. Concerning all raw were available large quantities tedious multistep synthetic routes, work demonstrated high performance recycling solution polybutadiene, might applied industry relatively short time.
