ABSTRACT
Despite the increasing availability and success of monoclonal antibodies (mAb), early identification candidate molecules with desirable developability attributes remains challenging due to self-association poor solution behavior. Measuring these phenomena experimentally using available methods is complicated in mAbs development. Quartz crystal microbalance dissipation monitoring (QCM-D) detects a loosely interacting layer on top irreversibly adsorbed molecules, providing information about interaction. This work aimed explore whether characteristics this can be used as reliable metric. QCM-D experiments showed large frequency shift (Δ
