ABSTRACT
The optical properties of chiral plasmonic metasurfaces depend strongly on their architecture, in particular the orientation and spacing between individual building blocks assembled into large arrays. However, methods to obtain metamaterials with fully tunable chiroptical UV, visible, near-infrared range are scarce. Here, we show that silver nanowires helical nanostructures by grazing incidence spraying Layer-by-Layer assembly can be finely tuned over a broad wavelength using simple design principles. angle oriented nanowire layers controls intensity circular dichroism, reaching ellipticity values higher than 13° g-factor up 1.6, while shape dichroism spectra depends which at nanometer scale. structure-dependent successfully modeled transfer matrix approach.
