ABSTRACT
The small molecular inhibitor-associated downregulation of autophagy can remarkably enhance the efficiency photothermal cancer therapy. To identify a more effective inhibitor, we screened library 20 compounds and found chloroquine, hydroxychloroquine, dauricine, daurisoline were efficient than others to improve killing cells. Interestingly, four agents all disturb autophagosome formation fusion process, indicating it is promising target therapeutic efficiency. Among agents, was identified be most one. It reduced viability cells treated by low-energy therapy from 86.27% 32.92%. Finally, combination treatment mediated nanodrugs loaded with indocyanine green individual modalities, resulting in complete inhibition tumor growth. study gives new inspiration modulation-associated other modalities for treatment.
