ABSTRACT
This work demonstrates a novel photovoltaic application in which graphdiyne (GD) can be employed as host material perovskite active layer for the first time. In device fabrication, best molar ratio materials is verified PbI2/MAI/GD being 1:1:0.25, yielding peak power-conversion efficiency of 21.01%. We find that graphdiyne, material, exerts significant influence on crystallization, film morphology, and series optoelectronic properties layer. A uniform MAPbI3 with highly crystalline qualities, large domain sizes, few grain boundaries was realized introduction graphdiyne. Moreover, current–voltage hysteresis negligible, stability significantly improved well. The results indicate presents great potential enhancement performance solar cells.
