ABSTRACT
Multidrug resistance (MDR) is still a formidable obstacle for the majority of anticancer drugs during chemotherapy. MDR generally divided into pump and nonpump resistances, which significantly simultaneously reduce drug accumulation potency in various cancer cells. In order to concurrently combat two pathways completely overcome MDR, novel siRNA-containing nanomaterial-coated mitochondria complex was developed, can barrier activity loss electrostatic repulsion effectively deliver siRNA this way, functional could successfully down-regulate resistance-related proteins while transplanted efficaciously played its role improve apoptotic signal activation transmissions by means restoring intracellular metabolism environment. We believe unique organelle-material would hold great promise reverse overall as result high spatial-temporal synchronization potent synthetic living species.
