ABSTRACT
The heterostructures of the ferromagnet (Cr2Te3) and topological insulator (Bi2Te3) have been grown by molecular beam epitaxy. Hall effect as evidence existence magnetic skyrmions has observed in samples which Cr2Te3 was on top Bi2Te3. Detailed structural characterizations unambiguously revealed presence intercalated Bi bilayer nanosheets right at interface those samples. atomistic spin-dynamics simulations further confirmed such systems. that host may provide an important building block for next generation spintronics devices.
