ABSTRACT
To expand the chemical space of DNA-encoded library (DEL) technology, we have developed DNA-compatible cross-dehydrogenative coupling reaction between tetrahydroisoquinolines (THIQs) and a series nucleophiles such as nitromethane, terminal alkynes, so on. Both photo- metal-promoted conditions been successfully established for this C-1 derivation THIQs, exemplified by addition nitromethane. All these new transformations paved way divergent oriented synthesis THIQ-focused DELs.
