Here, we report a practical and reliable methodology to direct construction of tri- tetrasubstituted olefins bearing an allylic amine, with the concomitant sterically congested quaternary stereocenter through stereoselective palladium-catalyzed cascade decarboxylation vinyloxazolidinones.
