ABSTRACT
Due to the rapid development of smart technology infusion, visible light communication (VLC) has been promising as a connection belt among real estates due appealing features including fast speed data transmission and high bandwidth. Unfortunately, issues crosstalk, interference, or leakage in VLC impose rigorous requests for receiver terminal, photodetector, accurate signal recognition, decoding, etc. In pursuit distinctive merits, dual-band photodetector is proposed an efficient terminal this work. With MAPbBr3 MAPbI3 photoactive layers, device by stacking two photodiodes opposite polarity constructed sense signals at different wavelengths from commercial white light-emitting diode (LED) transmitter. By manipulating applied bias direction, response single can be controllably switched between 300–570 630–800 nm with optical crosstalk less than −30 dB. The performance Ion/Ioff ratio about 108, bandwidth (f–3dB) ∼33 kHz, switching rate approaching 1000 Hz, detectivity 1.75 × 1010 Jones ensures its application receiver. We believe that work will provide motivation explore novel functional perovskite optoelectronic devices put them practical applications special field.
