ABSTRACT
To commercialize organic solar cells (OSCs), changes in the optimized morphology of photoactive layer caused by external stimuli that cause degradation must be addressed. This work improves OSC stability utilizing cross-linking additive 1,8-dibromooctane (DBO) and a sequential deposition process (XSqD) to fabricate layer. The donor polymer (PTB7-Th) crystallinity immobilizes crystalline partial photo-cross-linking. Ellipsometry experiments confirm increase glass transition temperature cross-linked PTB7-Th. is further improved after removal non-cross-linked residual chlorobenzene. forms an efficient stable heterojunction with nonfullerene acceptor (IEICO-4F) via XSqD process. based on immobilized PTB7-Th exhibits excellent against light soaking thermal aging.
