ABSTRACT
The detection of circulating tumor cells (CTCs) with a specific antigen expression is necessary in therapeutic response monitoring and targeted therapy guidance. existence human epidermal growth factor receptor 2 (HER2) the concentration HER2-positive CTCs are strong indicators for patient diagnosis, prognosis, monitoring. Herein we report direct isolation by peptide-functionalized nanomaterials. We designed screened out peptide as an HER2 antibody alternative demonstrating high affinity selectivity. This recognition bound efficiently at ligand-binding domain. Efficient CTC capture were demonstrated using magnetic nanoparticles functionalized peptide.
