ABSTRACT
In this work we report a method for the fabrication of opal capillary with multiple heterostructures aptamer-based assays. The is inspired by plant transpiration. During fabrication, monodisperse SiO2 nanoparticles (NPs) self-assemble in glass capillary, solvent gradually evaporating from top end capillary. By simple change colloid solution that wicks through can be easily prepared inside On surface NPs, polydopamine coated immobilization aminomethyl-modified aptamers. aptamers are used fluorescent detection adenosine triphosphate (ATP) and thrombin. Owing to fluorescence enhancement effect photonic heterstructures, signal amplified up 40-fold. limit 32 μM ATP 8.1 nM Therefore, believe promising analytical devices point-of-care testing.
