ABSTRACT
Integrating oxide thin films on flexible substrates is a critical step toward future applications of multifunctional oxides for electronics and spintronic devices. As demonstration, La0.67Sr0.33MnO3 (LSMO) have been deposited mica substrates. The crystallinity microstructure the characterized to show good epitaxial quality films. LSMO present excellent ferromagnetic magnetoresistance properties (such as saturation magnetization Ms 125–400 emu/cm3 at 10 K high MR value ∼45% 5 under 1 T 50 mTorr sample), which even better than ones conventional rigid single-crystal More interestingly, no deterioration observed mechanically bending condition, demonstrates mechanical stretchability property stability mica. demonstration functional integrated paves route spintronics electronics.
