ABSTRACT
Flexible, free-standing transparent conducting electrodes (TCEs) with simultaneously tunable transmittances up to 98% and sheet resistances down 11 Ω/sq were prepared by a facile spray-coating method of silver nanowires (AgNWs) onto dry-spun multiwall carbon nanotube (MWNT) aerogels. Counterintuitively, the transmittance hybrid can be increased as mass density AgNWs within MWNT aerogels increases; however, final achievable depends on initial transparency Simultaneously, strong decrease in resistance is obtained when form percolated network along aerogel. Additionally, anisotropic reduction polarized AgNW/MWNT achieved this method. The TCEs fine-tuned mechanisms or choosing aerogel density. Thus, wide range optimized optoelectronic properties depending requirements needed. Finally, laminated substrates without need bonding aid.
