ABSTRACT
Stereo imaging is a widely used three-dimensional (3D) detection technique for applications ranging from medical to depth perception in artificial intelligence and robotics. A common prerequisite the integration of 3D capabilities advanced technologies wide-angle vision while keeping small device form factor. Here, we present an ultrasmall factor metalens camera stereo imaging, with experimentally measured hemispherical field-of-view (FOV) high resolution across FOV limited only by detector's pixel size. The metalens, operating near-infrared (IR) range, designed encode quadratic phase profile order capture full 180° FOV. Moreover, it fabricated using mass-manufacturing-ready platform, namely, 12 in., 193 nm ArF deep ultraviolet immersion photolithography, volumes. demonstrated wide promising range applications, including sensing miniature automation devices night security surveillance.
