ABSTRACT
The development of highly sensitive and selective analytical approaches for monitoring enzymatic activity is critical disease diagnosis biomedical research. Herein, we develop an exogenous co-reactant-free electrochemiluminescence (ECL) biosensor the ratiometric measurement α-glucosidase (α-Glu) based on a zeolitic imidazolate framework (ZIF-67)-regulated pyrene-based hydrogen-bonded organic (HOF-101). Target α-Glu can hydrolyze maltose to α-d-glucose, which subsequently react with GOx produce gluconic acid. resultant acid dissolve ZIF-67, leading recovery HOF-101 cathodic ECL signal decrease luminol anodic signal. long-range ordered structure speed up charge transfer, resulting in stable strong Moreover, ZIF-67 not only efficiently quench due resonance energy transfer between as well steric hindrance effect but also enhance emission dissolved O2 system because its porous crystalline atomically dispersed Co2+. Notably, possesses higher efficiency (32.22%) compared Ru(bpy)32+ standard. Importantly, this shows high sensitivity (a detection limit 0.19 U L–1) broad linear range (0.2–50 L–1). This eliminate systematic errors reliability without involvement co-reactants, it displays good assay performance human serum samples, holding great promise research studies.
