ABSTRACT
The two-step deposited method with the advantages of high reproducibility and controllability is widely used in fabricating highly efficient perovskite solar cells (PSCs). However, it still a challenge to fabricate air-processed PSCs through this due existing techniques glove box circumstance that are not well extended ambient air-condition fabrication process. Here, hexamethylphosphoramide (HMPA) as solvent additive incorporated into first-step PbI2 precursor solution, which can effectively modify morphology crystallinity layer, thereby creating more opportunities for infiltration second-step organic salt. This coating leads full conversion from crystal large grains, reduced defects, enhanced uniformity final film. Consequently, champion efficiency 20.84% HMPA-based device fabricated using procedure achieved. shows long-term stability remaining 85.7% initial after 1000 h storage an air environment. demonstrates great potential toward PSCs.
