ABSTRACT
The cell-free protein synthesis (CFPS) system is a typical production platform in the field of synthetic biology. However, there are limitations controlling CFPS system. Compared with traditional method adding chemicals, temperature an ideal control switch to achieve precise spatiotemporal few side effects. Hence, design temperature-controlled (tcCFPS) based on E. coli was carried out repressor cI this study. corresponding tcCFPS achieved 143-fold dynamic expression level at 37 °C than that 30 °C. Besides, artificial cell controlled by constructed expand applications tcCFPS. This study provides new effective for active and potential means drug delivery.
