ABSTRACT
In the field of quantum dots (QDs)-sensitized solar cells, semiconductor QDs sensitizer with a moderate band gap is required in order to sufficiently match spectrum and achieve efficient charge separation. At present, changing size main method used for adjusting their through effect, however, pore sizes mesoporous TiO2 film set limit on allowed QDs. Therefore, tuning electronic optical properties by particle could be limited under some circumstances. this paper, high-quality aqueous CdS(x)Se(1-x) successfully synthesized effectively deposited one-step hydrothermal method. addition size, alloy provide composition as an additional dimension tailoring properties. The can precisely controlled precursor (Se/Na2S·9H2O) ratio while maintaining similar size. By using such sensitized films photoanodes cell, maximum power conversion efficiency 2.23% achieved one sun illumination (AM 1.5 G, 100 mW cm(-2)).
