ABSTRACT
Organic pillared MFI zeolite has been synthesized by detemplation of diquaternary ammonium surfactant ([C22H45–N+(CH3)2–C6H12–N+(CH3)2–C6H13]Br2, C22-6-6) and intercalation arylic silsesquioxane (1,4-bis(triethoxysilyl)benzene, BTEB) molecules between multilamellar layers. The acid extraction UV light radiation were sequentially employed for removal C22-6-6 located not only layers but also in the micropores. template using a nonthermal calcination method prevents condensation external silanol groups zeolitic stacked next to each other, which allows BTEB their successive reaction with form organic structure. A post-treatment amination resultant sample introduced amino pillars. sites from framework aluminum basic pillars endow bifunctionality cascade catalytic reactions. synthesis is new addition structural modifications lamellar more open structures processing bulky molecules. inorganic–organic hybrid structure creates opportunities potential applications zeolites tailored physicochemical properties.
