ABSTRACT
A simple and efficient approach to a printable silver conductor for organic electronics is described. Conductive features were prepared by annealing thin-film deposited from an alcoholic solution of acetate, ethanolamine, long-chain carboxylic acid. High electrical conductivity similar that vacuum-deposited could be achieved at relatively low processing temperature. Organic transistors with source/drain electrodes this provided excellent field-effect transistor properties.
