ABSTRACT
Detection and imaging RNAs in live cells is high demand. Methodology for such a purpose still challenge, particularly single RNA detection cells. In this study, type of quantum dot (QD) nanobeacon with controllable valencies was constructed by precisely conjugating the black hole quencher (BHQ1) phosphorothioate comodified DNA onto CdTe:Zn2+ QDs via one-pot hydrothermal method. The only one conjugated used to label detect low-abundance nucleic acids cells, HIV-1 were detected imaged integrated Additionally, QD nanobeacon-labeled genomic encapsulated progeny viral particles, which can be track uncoating process viruses. current study provides platform acid labeling sensitivity, being especially meaningful tracking individual
