ABSTRACT
The heat capacities and the densities have been measured for aqueous solutions of N-acetyl-N′-methylglycinamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-alaninamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-valinamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-leucinamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-serinamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-threoninamide, N-acetyl-N′-methyl-l-α-histidinamide. These results used to calculate contributions amino acid side chains partial molar volumes. were compared with literature data obtained similar systems.
