ABSTRACT
In the present study, we aimed to investigate antiobesity effect of CAPE in vivo, and mechanism by which regulates body weight vitro. To confirm mice were fed with a high fat diet (HFD) different concentrations for 5 weeks. significantly reduced gain epididymal mass obese HFD. accordance vivo results, Oil red O staining results showed that suppressed MDI-induced adipogenesis 3T3-L1 preadipocytes. FACS analysis delayed MDI-stimulated cell cycle progression, thereby contributing inhibit mitotic clonal expansion (MCE), is prerequisite step adipogenesis. Also, regulated expression cyclin D1 phosphorylation ERK Akt, are upstream D1. These suggest exerts an presumably through inhibiting at early stage
