ABSTRACT
The effects of 15 jatrophane diterpene polyesters (1−3 and 5−16) isolated from lipophilic extracts Euphorbia serrulata, E. esula, salicifolia, peplus (Euphorbiaceae) on the reversion multidrug resistance mouse lymphoma cells were examined. structures five new compounds (1−5) elucidated by spectroscopic methods, including HRFABMS, ESIMS, 1H−1H homonuclear 1H−13C heteronuclear correlations, long-range correlation spectra, NOESY experiments. stereochemistry absolute configuration one compound (3) determined X-ray crystallography. structure−activity relationship is discussed.
