ABSTRACT
In this combined atomic force microscopy and X-ray diffraction study, we explore the microscopic origin of scaling properties growth organic−organic heterostructures formed here by F16CoPc diindenoperylene (DIP) molecules as representative systems for electron hole transporting materials. We evaluate influence morphological first organic layer on further temporal evolution morphology structure films. From derived exponents, conclude that is dominated mound formation. The such ascribed to structural changes occurring during stages revealed grazing incidence (GIXD). microstructure materials should be taken into account, challenging task modeling growing surfaces interfaces
