ABSTRACT
Environmental tobacco smoke (ETS) is detrimental to the health of children. It important for families implement rules that limit exposure children both within home and in community. The current study used a diverse sample participants from pediatric clinics large metropolitan area explore what restrictions place on use their community (e.g., restaurants, trains). In general, minority ethnic groups were less likely than Caucasian peers ETS outside home, even when income education taken into account.
