ABSTRACT
Abstract There is significance in the molecular weight derived sequence patterns of adenosine, guanosine, cytosine, thymine, methyl cytosine and hydroxyl if one has to consider events holistically by including single nucleotide polymorphisms, tumor suppressor gene activity like that ten eleven translocation gene, CpG methylation, miRNA SNP SNPs neighboring CpGs. This research article focuses on observing simulation results validated a using substitution A, G, C, T, 5OHC, 5MC. The outcome helped bring out positions DNA where bi allelic were never found occur methylated CpGs do show disconcordance simulated effect function with other occurrence patterns. Further position differ from SNPs. Hence based recognition sequences might play role genome evolution, cancer related methylation variation.
