ABSTRACT
Although three-dimensional (3D) bioprinting technology has gained much attention in the field of tissue engineering, there are still several significant engineering challenges to overcome, including lack bioink with biocompatibility and printability. Here, we show a created from silk fibroin (SF) for digital light processing (DLP) 3D applications. The SF-based (Sil-MA) was produced by methacrylation process using glycidyl methacrylate (GMA) during fabrication SF solution. mechanical rheological properties Sil-MA hydrogel proved be outstanding experimental testing can modulated varying contents. This allowed us build highly complex organ structures, heart, vessel, brain, trachea ear excellent structural stability reliable biocompatibility. is well-suited use DLP printing could applied depending on specific biological requirements.
