ABSTRACT
Abstract Monitoring and ensuring the integrity of data within clinical trial process is currently not always feasible with current research system. We propose a blockchain-based system to make collected in immutable, traceable, potentially more trustworthy. use raw from real completed trial, simulate onto proof concept web portal service, test its resilience tampering. also assess prospects provide traceable useful audit trail for regulators, flexible service all members trials network. improve way adverse events are reported. In conclusion, we advocate that this could offer an improvement management, bolster trust ease at which regulators can oversee trials.
