ABSTRACT
Abstract Comprehensive integration of structural and functional connectivity data is required to model brain functions accurately. While resources for studying the non-human primate brains already exist, their with has remained unavailable. Here we present a comprehensive resource that integrates most extensive awake marmoset resting-state fMRI available date (39 monkeys, 710 runs, 12117 mins) previously published cellular-level neuronal tracing (52 143 injections) multi-resolution diffusion MRI datasets. The combination these allowed us (1) map fine-detailed networks cortical parcellations, (2) develop deep-learning-based parcellation generator preserves topographical organization reflects individual variabilities, (3) investigate basis underlying by computational modeling. This will enable modeling structure-function relationships facilitate future comparative translational studies brains.
