ABSTRACT
Abstract The process of unwinding and renaturation DNA has been widely used in studies nucleotide sequence organization. Compared with traditional methods for renaturation, the label-free non-destruction detection technology is significant desiderated. We realized an optical system based on rotation via weak measurement single- double-strand state DNA. rotation, which was induced by status change single double strands, exploited to modulate preselected polarization a system. With this modulation, caused separation strands can be determined through center wavelength shift output spectrum. By monitoring real time, processes DNAs different base ratio (25% 70%) length (4nt 40nt), three terminally modified cholesterol molecules were experimentally explored varied pH temperature conditions. In addition, limit concentration obtained 5 × 10 −6 mol/L. Our work exhibits unique advantages real-time monitoring, label-free, simplicity.
