ABSTRACT
Abstract Chromosome rearrangements play an important role in the speciation of plants and animals, recognition chromosome rearrangement patterns is helpful to elucidate mechanism species differentiation at level. However, existing methods have some major limitations, such as low quality, barriers parental selection, inability identify specific patterns. Based on whole genome protein sequences, we constructed combined figure according slope collinear fragment, number homologous genes, coordinates top left bottom right fragment. The standardized combination compared with four standard pattern figures, then information entropy analysis strategy automatically classify images pattern. This paper proposes automatic karyotype method EntroCR (intelligent based entropy), which integrates recognition, result recommendation related determination, so infer evolution process ancestral chromosomes chromosomes. Validation experiments were conducted using whole-genome data Gossypium raimondii arboreum , Oryza sativa Sorghum bicolor . conclusions consistent previous results. provides a reference for researchers molecular marker assisted breeding well new analyzing other species.
