ABSTRACT
Abstract Adiponectin receptors, AdipoR1 and AdipoR2 exert anti-diabetic effects. Although muscle-specific disruption of has been shown to result in decreased insulin sensitivity exercise endurance, it remains be determined whether upregulation could reverse them obese diabetic mice.
