ABSTRACT
Abstract Additive and low-temperature printing processes enable the integration of diverse electronic devices, both power-supplying power-consuming, on flexible substrates at low cost. Production a complete system from these however, often requires power electronics to convert between various operating voltages devices. Passive components—inductors, capacitors resistors—perform functions such as filtering, short-term energy storage voltage measurement, which are vital in many other applications. In this paper, we present screen-printed inductors, capacitors, resistors an RLC circuit plastic report design process for minimization inductor series resistance that enables their use electronics. Printed inductors then incorporated into step-up regulator circuit. Organic light-emitting diodes lithium ion battery fabricated is used battery, demonstrating potential printed passive components replace conventional surface-mount DC-DC converter application.
