ABSTRACT
Modular peptides displaying both quantum dot bioconjugation motifs and specific subcellular targeting domains were constructed using a chemoselective aniline-catalyzed hydrazone coupling chemistry. Peptides ratiometrically assembled onto dots to facilitate their delivery either the plasma membrane, endosomes, cytosol or mitochondria of target cells.
