ABSTRACT
Glutathione has been regarded as a significant signal for distinguishing between tumor and normal tissue. Recently, reactive oxygen species have attracted much attention their close connection with many diseases. Taking advantage of the physiological signals, redox-responsive polymeric drug carriers constitute research area in various stimuli-responsive polymers biomedical applications. During rapid development polymers, molecular design related synthetic methodology plays crucial role. In this review, we discuss reduction- oxidation-responsive from view functional groups, well applications controlled release.
