ABSTRACT
MoS2 nanosheet-Au nanorod (MoS2-Au) hybrids were utilized to immobilize catalase (CAT) construct a sensitive hydrogen peroxide (H2O2) electrochemical biosensor for the reliable determination of H2O2 released from living cells. The fabricated was characterized by transmission electron microscopy (TEM), UV-Vis spectroscopy, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FT-IR) and Raman it observed that MoS2-Au hybrid provides excellent matrixes adsorption CAT entrapped maintains its native structure bioactivity. results direct measurements indicate on CAT/MoS2-Au modified electrode, exhibits surface controlled fast transfer process towards reduction. has large area biocompatible microenvironment accelerating between enzyme electrode. detection limit constructed is 1 × 10-7 M (signal-to-noise = 3) with wide linear range 5 2 10-4 high sensitivity 187.4 mA M-1 cm-2. also selectivity, good reproducibility long-time stability. Furthermore, used perform real-time monitoring SP2/0 cells, indicating an attractive material application in efficient immobilization biomolecules construction high-performance biosensors.
