ABSTRACT
The efficient targeting of cancer cells depends on the success obtaining active overexpressed receptors. A very accurate design nanoconjugates should be done via selection conjugation strategy to achieve effective targeted nanoconjugates. Here, we present a detailed study cetuximab-conjugated nonspherical gold nanocages for triple-negative breast cells, including MDA-MB-231 and MDA-MB-468. few different general strategies were selected monoclonal antibody nanoparticle surface. By varying bioconjugation conditions, orientation or presence polymeric spacer recombinant protein biolinker, demonstrate importance rational quantitative content ICP-AES allowed us compare effectiveness cellular uptake as function confirmed nature internalization in epidermal growth factor receptor recognition, corroborating nanomaterials nanomedicine.
