ABSTRACT
The introduction of fluorodinitromethyl energetic groups is an efficient strategy to improve the performances materials. In this paper, insensitive compound 6-(fluorodinitromethyl)-3-nitro-1,2,3,4-tetrahydro-1,3,5-triazine (FMTNT) was designed and synthesized based on modification 1,3,5-triazine backbone via nitration-rearrangement, reduction fluorination sequence. single crystal FMTNT firstly obtained determined, meanwhile, novel structure also fully characterized by methods IR, 1H NMR, 13C 19F NMR elemental analysis. Studies thermal behaviors detonation were carried out through differential scanning calorimetry (DSC-TG) approach EXPLO5 program, respectively. decomposition temperature found be at 157.5 °C chemical analysis proved good, with a velocity 8624.8 m s-1 pressure 29.1 Gpa. Furthermore, experimental results showed that impact friction sensitivity reaches 20 J 240 N, even less sensitive than TNT, indicating broad perspective in application explosives propellants.
