N-/Si-co-doped nanocrystalline diamonds as highly sensitive luminescent thermometers

Highly thermal-sensitive luminescent nanothermometers, thanks to the luminescence characteristics of NV- and SiV- centres, were designed based on N-/Si-co-doped nanocrystalline diamonds, enabling its use in biological tissues.
