ABSTRACT
According to the literature, palmoplantar lesions in lichen planus (LP) are uncommon, and do not usually have classically described clinical morphology. The aim of this study was evaluate prevalence LP describe characteristic clinicopathological appearances affecting palms soles. Palmoplantar with accompanying skin involvement accounted for 26% our cases. presence very pruriginous erythematous scaly and/or hyperkeratotic plaques, well-defined edges, located on internal plantar arch, without fingertips, which disappear a few months, is LP.
