Safe, reliable, fast and environmentally friendly medium voltage DC disconnection technology is the key guarantee for safe operation fault isolation of distribution systems. In this paper, a medium-voltage fast-break topology with low on-state loss, high reliability large breaking capacity proposed by combining high-speed mechanical switch fuse, which realizes integrated design current transfer process. The optimal parameters scheme are determined studying characteristics including arc voltage, fuse internal resistance, stray inductance, rise rate etc.. verified to have capability 30kA short-circuit quickly reliably within 1.5ms through simulation experimental tests. results show that high-capacity in paper can effectively prevent faults networks, great significance further ensure stable
