ABSTRACT
A novel compact dual-band rectenna is presented for efficient radio frequency (RF) energy harvest at 2.45 GHz WiFi and 3.5 WiMAX bands. The proposed composed of an optimised tree-like receiving antenna a rectifier based on two-branch matching network. found to feature characteristic, high radiation efficiency, improved reflection coefficient with the newly designed slotted ground plane. By introducing network which consists two different radial branches, well matched rectifying circuit most part received power could be delivered. Besides, in order eliminate coupling effects, reduce loss minimise overall dimension rectenna, three narrow stubs plane are perform as rectifier. results have demonstrated exhibits relatively stable conversion efficiency load value varying from 0.9 20 kΩ under low input maximum observed 60% 53% 0 dBm.
